Parking near the White House Visitor Center will be limited as many of the street parking in the area is restricted to federal employees, bus parking, or subject to rush hour restrictions. Even though this theater is in the back of the visitor center, we recommend watching it first. You'll find the theatre section all the way to the left when you walk in. If you are staying in a hotel near the White House, or work nearby, you can simply walk over to the White House tour entrance. On-street parking can be VERY hard to find, so plan on using an app like SpotHero to find a space in a garage within your budget (read our full guide to parking in DC).

THE WHITE HOUSE VISITOR CENTER:

Many Congress members already have a page on their websites dedicated to requesting a White House visit because of the volume of requests they receive. Guests love the large windows with fabulous views out across the city, as well as spacious bedrooms and bright and practical communal spaces.
